A really lovely little path. Definitely worth it if it's not too muddy.

A lovely starting point for a hike to the castle. This way you have a bit more anticipation than if you parked right at the castle.

Unfortunately, there's no nice view of the castle from the avenue. At least there's a footpath alongside the main road. I don't think the walk is worth it just for the two lion heads. Next time, I'd rather take the path above the vineyard and walk back.

Even in winter it is easy to walk and extremely quiet. The forest on the left and right was partly under water, the trees formed small islands (see my photos) I thought it was really beautiful

After rain, the Next meanders out and becomes a paradise for children. For climbing, jumping and getting wet.

Very nice walk through the forest near the road where the cars are.
