It is worth traveling along the cycle path along the Sieve just to see this wooden bridge: a splendid example of architecture designed for gentle mobility. From the bridge you can calmly observe the rushing flow of the waters and the surrounding nature.

San Benedetto in Alpe is a mountain village located in the Foreste Casentinesi National Park, in the Montone valley. The town owes its name to the ancient Benedictine abbey, of which some historical remains remain under the new church. It is also known for the Acquacheta waterfall, mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy, which offers a natural spectacle of rare beauty and can be reached on foot along a path.
