A wonderful, natural path along the shores of Lake Bötzsee. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

The lakeside path around the Bötzsee is an idyllic route that is suitable for hikers and cyclists alike. The starting point is the Schlagmühle tram stop, from where the route goes through small settlements and along the picturesque shores of the Bötzsee. Along the way you will come across shady forests, natural bathing areas and the barrier-free beach of the Spitzmühle - perfect for a short refreshment break. The path alternates between near the shore and forest sections and offers insights into the local flora and fauna.

Great place for a hiking break.

Beautiful swimming or break area with some benches and tables and certainly great in summer too. Now, with snow and sunshine, there is a fantastic panorama here.

Since Easter 2014 there have been lake tours on the Bötzsee in Eggersdorf again. A hundred years of history has been revived and is being continued with the latest technology, in an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient manner. The "Sunny Manuela" is an electric catamaran with a panoramic saloon, sun deck and a capacity of 120 people. Thanks to the pure electric drive, there is almost no background noise. A round trip takes about 60 minutes and there is a small selection of drinks and snacks on the ship. The main pier is in Eggersdorf at the boat rental at the Bötzsee lido, there is also a demand pier at Landhaus Villago and a pier is planned at the Spitzmühle. Due to the corona pandemic, there are currently no tours.

You can make a 60 minute round trip. Not spectacular, but relaxing.

Great hiking trail and in summer you can always find a place to swim in the lake.
