The cycle path on the Polish side is excellent. From the German side, the route continues on a dirt road. Good tires are helpful.

Coming from the Polish side on a beautiful cycle path, you end up on an unpaved sand track on the German side! HOW EMBARRASSING! You then have to push your loaded trekking e-bike through the sand and then force open an amateurish swine fever gate!
