アイムスハイムの湖・トップ20

ここは、1990年に自然保護区に指定された、ウンデンハイムとハンハイムの自治体間にある54ヘクタールの地域です。そこには、自然に近い河川の流れを持つセルツ川の低地、広大なヨシ原、カヤツリグサの群落、湿地、そして深い湿った農地が含まれています。ここでは、カイツブリ、ヨシゴイ、チュウヒ、シギなどの40種以上の鳥類が再び営巣しています。鳥類保護区の一部として、希少な動物種の移動、拡散、遺伝子交流を可能にするために、ヨーロッパ全土でFFH生息地を結びつける保護区ネットワークであるNATURA 2000の管轄下にあります。

A detour to the Eicher ice cream parlor Fontana at the municipal administration is always worth a visit

Lake Eicher is connected to the Rhine, so the lake is surrounded by a holiday resort with weekend homes, many of which have their own private jetty. Several spots offer excellent views of the lake. The terrace of the Kleine Kneipe (small pub) is located directly on the shore and offers cyclists and hikers a great place to take a break. Lake Eicher is not really a swimming spot, however.

The Hahnheimer Bruch nature reserve is not only home to gray geese and rare birds. As a resting place for many migratory birds on their long journey, the bird sanctuary is of international importance. Watch the play of light, you might even spot coypu and the different species of ducks in the reeds and wetlands.

The Eicher See is a large quarry pond with access to the Rhine.

Some of the houses stand on stilts. It's hard to believe that floods can get that high.
