Guntramsdorfにある文化財保護対象のWeingartenkapelleは、アイヒコーゲルの東斜面に位置する、のどかな巡礼地です。1760年頃に建てられ、1866年にネオゴシック様式で再建されたこの教会は、その歴史的な景観、のどかなハイキングコース、そして地元の十字架の道の一部として魅力的です。

旧Backhendlstation近くの南線沿いのブドウ畑の真ん中に、のどかに位置するワイナリー。

The Eichkogel is a 367-meter-high, protected hill south of Mödling, featuring species-rich dry grasslands and many rare plant and insect species. From the summit, there are beautiful views across the vineyards, the Vienna Woods, and the Vienna Basin. The diverse network of trails makes it a popular destination for hikes and leisurely walks in a natural setting.

The view of Gumpoldskirchen offers a magnificent panorama across the sun-drenched vineyards on the edge of the Vienna Woods. Nestled among vines and rolling hills, the charming village center lies within the wide Vienna Basin. Especially in autumn, the landscape glows with warm colors, making this viewpoint a truly delightful experience.

Unfortunately, due to about 50% theft, they only contain flyers introducing the store. I hope they still get some support! It's really sweet how the alpacas are named after Lord of the Ring characters.

The Weingarten Chapel is a chapel built in 1760 as a sign of gratitude by a Viennese butcher who escaped two wild bulls by climbing a tree. The chapel has a painting depicting the scene of the miracle. The chapel was renovated in the late 17th century by Josef Novy of Vienna Mariahilf and again in 1993-1994 with donations from local people and businesses. The chapel is located in the middle of the vineyards and is a popular destination for hikers and pilgrims. If you would like to visit the Weingarten Chapel, you can follow the 1st Vienna Water Pipe Trail, a well-marked and scenic hiking trail that runs along the water pipe from Mödling to Baden. The path leads past the chapel and offers views of the Eichkogel nature reserve, the Pfaffstättner Blick viewpoint and other historical and cultural attractions.
