The village of Waddington is quiet and a beautiful part of the Ribble Valley. Paths and quiet lanes leading out in each direction and access to the Trough of Bowland and Waddington Fell.

The link road between Waddington and West Bradford is quiet, no separate footpath but a really quiet road that links up the two beautiful villages.

Great to include as a "cafe stop" mid hike through the centre of Clitheroe.

This cafe has just reopened. Beans on toast with poached egg was spot on. Cash only when we went but that should be fixed now.

Footbridge taking you from the quiet Waddington back road into the low moor area of clitheroe. You can choose to use the footpath to head into town or stay off road in the fields towards the cemetery.
