For those with a fear of heights (I have one too): just look ahead, preferably towards the opposite end of the bridge, then it's fine.

On a sunny October day it's a dream to watch the clouds dissolving.

The ascent is marked in blue. However, you should be in good shape, as there are quite a few meters of elevation gain. The suspension bridge can be bypassed a few meters below through the Sulzleklamm Gorge (about 10 minutes longer). Sturdy footwear is also essential here (rooty and rocky sections).
