Two regional train lines run from Felde station, with the following connections: • RE74: Runs hourly between Kiel Hbf – Rendsburg – Husum. • RB75: Serves the Kiel Hbf – Rendsburg route with additional stops in Kiel-Russee, Melsdorf, Achterwehr, Bredenbek, and Schülldorf. Both lines are operated by Nordbahn and usually run every half hour. The journey time to Kiel is approximately 15–20 minutes.

The old Eider lock near Kluvensiek is definitely worth seeing. In the covered area, the history of the Eider lock and the old Eider canal is clearly presented on many information boards.
