Even now at the end of September the water fountains still delight young and old

The Radbrunnenturm (Wheel Fountain Tower) in Breisach is open during exhibition hours on Fridays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 am/12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The exact opening hours may change depending on the event or exhibition, so it is advisable to check the official city of Breisach website or the website of Schwarzwald-Tourismus GmbH (Black Forest Tourism GmbH).

Market square where the weekly market takes place, whose water features provide a nice cooling effect in the summer.

Former citizens' prison, whose name goes back to the Burgundian bailiff Peter von Hagenbach, who was imprisoned here for several weeks before his conviction in 1474.

The tower is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the city. Its rear is adorned with the modern artwork "Radbühne," a work by Breisach artist Helmut Lutz from 2013. The tower itself houses a 41-meter-deep drinking water well and regularly provides space for exhibitions of all kinds for the Breisach Art Circle.
