Surrounded by typical Alb vegetation, with views of the Eyach Valley and towards Pfeffingen. Particularly atmospheric at sunrise or in autumn, when the hills glow in warm colors.

Location & Access The heathlands near Albstadt-Lautlingen are located along the Albtrauf (Alb River) and are accessible via well-marked hiking trails. The "Wacholderhöhe" trail is particularly recommended, leading you directly through this landscape – including viewpoints such as the Leimenfels (Leimen Rock) and the Sandlöcher (Sand Holes).
