If you want more after the ascent to the plate with its 946 mNn, you should not shy away from over 150 Matallstufen. Having digested the minimal rocking of the tower just before the viewing platform, you can enjoy a fabulous view here

The plate is the highest point in the stone forest. The tower on the plate (Oberpfalzturm) has a great shape. It's fun to go up there. On top of that, you still have a great view.

The Oberpfalzturm is located on the highest mountain in the stone forest. 150 steel lattice steps lead to the 30 m high tower. So probably not suitable if you are afraid of heights.
