The La Hougue Bie passage tomb [La Huhg Bii] is one of the largest and best preserved megalithic tombs in Europe. As in Newgrange (Ireland), the sun shines into the burial chambers for half an hour in the morning at the equinox on March 20th or 21st and September 21st or 22nd.
