There has been a special landing field on the Dümpel since 1934, where gliding is mainly operated on weekends. The airfield with its 600 m long grass runway is also approved for powered aircraft up to 1500 kg[3]. A popular airfield festival is also held there every year. The airfield offers its visitors a breathtaking view of the Siebengebirge and invites you to linger over a piece of cake and coffee on the terrace. Sightseeing flights are also possible.
