The trails around the Hengstey lake and the Ruhr river offer great views of the forested Hohensyburg ridgeline with the historic Syburg castle ruins and the Herman monument, and the trails and rock platforms on the Syberg afford panoramic views of the valley and lakes formed by the Ruhr river.

Beautiful place right on a high-altitude hiking trail. Here you can take a short break during a hike, walk or MTB tour and enjoy the view.
Viewpoint is located on a cliff overlooking the south on the Hengsteysee and Hagen lying behind laying with the districts Bathey, cable, Hengstey, Boele, Helfe, Fley, Boeler Heath, Ekesey, etc., ... In good visibility, also far beyond the North slope over Hagen / Wehringhausen with the 3 towers way.
