Ancient fortified farmhouse by Vitaliano I Borromeo in the fifteenth century and restored taking on its current appearance in the late sixteenth century by Renato Borromeo, cousin of Cardinal Federico. Peculiarity of the castle is that the moat that surrounds it is still full of water.
