Bronnenmühle, colloquially: "Brunamīl" is a district of the community Großhabersdorf in the central Franconian district of Fürth.
The place was mentioned by name for the first time in 1732 in the Vetterschen descriptions of the Cadolzburg Oberamt as "Bronner Mühl". The place name means mill at a spring.

Towards the end of the 18th century, the Bronnenmühle belonged to Vincenzenbronn. The mill had the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste office Cadolzburg as the landlord. Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Bronnenmühle was given house number 17 in the village of Vincenzenbronn.
Unfortunately, the mill is no longer in operation and is becoming increasingly dilapidated.
Nevertheless, it is worth a bike tour, as you can beween yourself directly in and through the homestead.

The dam / diversion of the Bibert, which operated the mill, still works very well. The lower lying mill pond is also filled by the Bibert.
You can see how the water flows into the mill and on the other side of the path and the mill works like a spring from the ground, into the river.

And of course you can also take a nice break there
As part of the municipal edict, Bronnenmühle was assigned to the Fernabrünst tax district, which was formed in 1808. It also belonged to the rural community of Fernabrünst, founded in the same year. [5] On January 1, 1972, this was incorporated into the community of Großhabersdorf as part of the regional reform.

Bronnenmühle is a part of the municipality of Großhabersdorf in the central Franconian district of Fürth. The wasteland lies on the right bank of the Bibert. The Lohwald borders in the south. A residential path leads to a community road that runs to Vincenzenbronn on state road 2245 or after Fernabrünst to district road FÜ 20.
