In 1683, the Strelitz district, including Feldberg and the Strelitz, Glieneke, Goldenbaum, Neuhof, and Weitendorf farms, passed from Duke Gustav Adolf of Mecklenburg to his son-in-law, Duke Adolf Friedrich. At the end of the 18th century, Johann Friedrich Gundlach was the tenant of Neuhof. Jacob Johann Carl Hehn then held the estate. He was succeeded by his son Ludwig Friedrich Daniel Anton Hehn. In 1852, the lease was not renewed. Ernst Hoffschildt received the lease. In 1887, he built the single-story, eleven-aisled manor house with a two-story central projection made of red clinker brick. After Ernst Hoffschildt's death, his widow and later his son Adolf Hoffschildt took over the lease. After the end of the monarchy, the government of the Free State of Mecklenburg-Strelitz transferred the farm to the Pomeranian Land Company for division and settlement. In 1928, the company appointed Damzog, the administrator, in Neuhof, who endeavored to establish a settlement. By 1939, in addition to ten hereditary farms, there were two farmsteads and a country estate. The manor house now serves as a private residence.
