Reichenow Castle, with its manor house and landscaped park, is definitely worth a visit.
It was built in the neo-Gothic style between 1897 and 1900. The builder was August Freiherr von Eckardstein. The castle has been preserved in its original form and is a listed building. It is considered a worthwhile example of the architectural style that was widespread in Brandenburg at the time, which was based on the English country estates of the Tudor period.
The castle and park are privately owned. Today the building houses a conference hotel with a restaurant.
The publicly accessible castle park extends over around 25 hectares and impresses with its high tree population. The castle lake (Langer See) is also ideal for swimming.
