At this point you go over a wooden staircase from Ao Nang Beach to Pai Plong Beach. At the beginning on Ao Nang Beach there are a lot of monkeys, but they are peaceful. If you are afraid of heights or do not have the stamina to climb up and down the staircase in the heat, you should not go to the neighboring beach. If you are fit, you will be rewarded with a view over the beautiful bay of Pai Plong Beach. There is a man in uniform at the beach entrance at Pai Plong Beach and in a book you write down your name, the date and time and on the way back the time you left the beach, for whatever reason.
