The water of the Eger is diverted 3 km above the works at Leupoldshammer, flows in a works canal to a water lock and from there falls in 2 iron pipes of 1.60 and 1.80 m in diameter 30 m deep to 4 turbines with a total of 3150 hp Power.

Highly recommended, the pleasure trail on the Eger. A wonderful valley for cycling and hiking. Great for families with children.
