Tips
The cable car ride from the valley up to the Engstligen Alp takes a good seven minutes, after which you are on the largest plateau in the western Swiss Alps and the starting point for many exciting tours. In summer, the cable car runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and in July and August until 6 p.m.
