From Süßen we first went up to Staufeneck. Past the Birkhof and the Schurrenhof to Rechberg. The view here is really amazing. Then we went over the Aasrücken to Hohenstaufen and up the mountain. In the mountain restaurant there is coffee and cake, or if you want something hearty. The panoramic view captivates you. Then it was an endless downhill ride and back home. That's a great way to start the weekend.

Mountain biking

The Hohenstaufen 684m one of the three Kaiser mountains, very beautifully situated. Whether on foot or by bike you can quickly get to the top and have a great view. The food in the restaurant Himmel und Erde is excellent and the staff very friendly, a visit is worthwhile
