The Stapeler Moor is a former nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Uplengen in the Leer district.

The nature reserve with the designation NSG WE 143 was 557 hectares in size. It was almost entirely part of the FFH area "Lengener Meer, Stapeler Moor, Basenmeers-Moor" and bordered the "Lengener Meer" nature reserve to the north, the "Spolsener Moor" nature reserve to the east and the "Stapeler Moor Süd and Kleines Bullenmeer" nature reserve to the south. The area had been under nature protection since September 17, 1983. On September 1, 2016, it was incorporated into the newly designated "Stapeler Moor and Surroundings" nature reserve. The responsible lower nature conservation authority was the Leer district.
