Tips
About 500 meters from the mouth of Zawoja there are the remains of a Lemko cemetery. There are several interesting tombstones there, including: a village teacher and in the south-eastern corner the only grave with the signature of the creator - Iwan Szatyński (1911)
This sculptor lived for some time in Nieznajowa. The cemetery was preserved in 1986 thanks to the efforts of the Social Commission for the Care of Monuments of Orthodox Church Art.
