    The cemetery is located in the village of Bojanów near the Bojanów forestry office. It covers an area of 2 ares. The fence is a wooden fence. On the stone monument/obelisk there is an inscription: KRIEGER GRÖBER 1915.

    A grassy cemetery, located in the forest, with an outline of graves (47 individual and 5 collective), in which a total of 59 soldiers were buried: 1 from the Austro-Hungarian army, 46 from the German army, 12 from the Russian army.

    On May 6, 1988, the cemetery was officially entered into the register of monuments (A - 596/A). The cemetery's conservation card states that there are 7 collective graves in 7 rows and four smaller ones in the cemetery.
