This is one of several parcels of Upton State Forest that are scattered all around the town of the same name. You'll do most of your biking along the roads here, but many of them are quiet enough that it's not stressful; just a nice opportunity to take in some great wooded scenery, or you can park your bike and explore some of the hiking/running trails on foot.
