Casera recently renovated and equipped with 5 beds, currently managed by the Unione Montana Bellunese.

"The buildings seem to date back to the first half of the 19th century and were probably subjected to the management of the Civic Uses of the Hamlets. As "Malga I Ronch" is cited in various documents from the first half of the 1900s, concerning the estimate of the municipal mountain pastures present in the area of Monte Serva. Mounted until the years of the Second World War with 30 cattle and some sheep, the mountain hut was used as a refuge during the partisan liberation struggle. Abandoned since 1945, it was recently renovated (2009) and named after Don Francesco Cassol, priest from Belluno killed by a poacher in the Murge. The recovery only involved the ancient residential part and where the milk was processed. The toponym "Ronch" derives from the medieval Latin word "Ronchum", land tilled or to be tilled."
