Running
The running and now Nordic Walking classic in Schwandorf on the vineyard. A relic of the fitness wave in the eighties. For those who like it, the circular course offers twenty signposted stations with instructions for more advanced exercises. One or the other is definitely recommended. In the area there is a wide network with other forest roads and smaller trials, with which you can vary the route well.
