Emerald green and tree-lined, this small reservoir was created northeast of Zaros in 1987 to store the city's natural spring water. It attracts numerous birds and is ideal for relaxing in the shady park or eating in the excellent tavern café. A path leads to Moni Agios Nikolaos.
