Later, the sea receded and a tectonic movement lifted the horn, creating the impressive rock that stands today. You can explore the ruins of an ancient castle that crowned the rock, and admire a statue of the Virgin and Child, called "Notre-Dame de là-haut", which was installed in 2012.
