In Regetów Wyżne there was also a Greek Catholic church dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel. The temple was built in 1864, used until 1947 (i.e. until Operation Vistula), and in 1955 it was transported to Żółkiewka in the Krasnystaw district. During the assembly, the building was rebuilt on the new site. Currently, it is a Polish Catholic parish church dedicated to St. James the Apostle.
