The Bedat wall, also called Caesar's wall, dating from the Danian stage (-66 million years, beginning of the tertiary era), is surmounted by the eye of the owl, giving it a remarkable landscape appearance. Man has frequented the site since the Palaeolithic. The archaeological wealth consists of a set of small concentrations of flint. The site was mainly frequented during the Upper Paleolithic, by the Gravettian to whom most of the lithic industry can be attributed.
