In 1529, the village was bought by Melchior Hirsch von Kaltenbrunn and he built a Renaissance manor here. Already in 1566, the next owner, Christoph Petsch, added a residential and economic wing, and in 1570 another wing with a purely residential function. Other owners were brother of the bishop of Wrocław Kasper von Logau - Heinrich, and then members of the von Lüttwitz, von Schickfuss and Steiner families. In the first half In the 19th century, the heirs were Christian Steinert, and then Emil von Schweinichen. Until World War II, Komorowice belonged to the heirs of the next owner, August von Schönberg.
After the war, in the 1970s, the building for the Sheep Breeders Training Center was renovated. However, the work was stopped and the palace fell into disrepair. In the 1990s it was bought by a private company.
