Rotmell Loch and Dowally Loch are visible. A steep track down (south-ish), and very poor in places, leads to Cardney Loch and access to the A923 Blairgowrie-Dunkeld Road. Upwards (northeast-ish), fair chunky-gravel track curves around Craig More and down through Macmaridge and Knowehead to again meet the A923 main road.
