On the initiative of the Director of II LO im. Maria Konopnicka in Radom, Dariusz Żytnicki, in the Gołębiów estate, two murals were created referring to the historical achievements of Poles fighting for the freedom and independence of their homeland. On the façade of the block of flats, at Orląt Lwowskich Street, a collection card was painted, expressing the support of Radom youth for the defenders of Lviv, fighting for the freedom of the city in 1918-1919. At Powstańców Śląskich Street, the mural depicts the image of an Upper Silesian insurgent - the painting is an expression of gratitude and homage to the Upper Silesian insurgents.
