Located at an elevation of roughly 12,800 feet, the Golden Fleece Mine is the highest mine on Bull Hill. There is a terrific lookout from where the minecart track shoots off over a cliff. The trail starts to really deteriorate after this point, and it's best to use a map and follow rock cairns if journeying further up the mountain.

The running is perhaps best on the upper mining roads above treeline, but this is where that ends and the talus hopping begins.
