Weiberfelden–Espa Forest Path

Unfortunately, the forest path ends here. Weiberfelden belongs to the Lahn-Dill district (Waldsolms) and Espa to the Gießen district (Langgöns Cleeberg). It would be nice if there was a cycle path from Brandoberndorf via Weiberfelden, Espa, Forsthaus Butzbach to Butzbach, as the road is very busy and Butzbach belongs to the Wetterau district and there are certainly a few bureaucratic hurdles that have to be overcome. My idea would be to take the Taunusbahn to Brandoberndorf. Have a good breakfast there and cycle to Weiberfelden, Espa, Forsthaus Butzbach, old town Butzbach to the Wetter via Steinfurt, Bad Nauheim Friedberg and from there to the Nidda cycle path back to Frankfurt. A vision.

Maybe something will come of the Brandoberndorf-Weiberfelden-Espa-Forsthaus-Butzbach cycle path. There is a land consolidation project in Langöns-Cleeberg and citizens have had the opportunity to comment on it. I did that and maybe my suggestion will be taken up with the cycle path from July 5th, 2024. I was told that the path and water planning will begin in September 24.
