From the Paschenburg you have an excellent view of the Weser valley and even the Lippe mountains. In good weather it is possible to see the Hermannsdenkmal above Detmold. The Ith, Süntel and the Brocken can also be easily recognized.

Worth seeing is the sculptor's workshop located directly at the Paschenburg, which you can visit. To the south below the Paschenburg and only a hundred meters away is the Schaumburg. Both can be visited via a tour of the hiking trails.
