I walked the Beach Road from Central Festival through Walking Street, along the coast and along the Bali Hai Pier to the lighthouse.
Then about 100m back and up the stairs to the viewing point - great view of the harbor, the island of Koh Larn and Pattaya.
Over good hiking trails lined with flowering cacti and bugainvilla to the weather station, then further up the ridge to the Big Buddha.
There are drinks and a snack here,
this temple mountain is also served by buses and taxis.
Then back up the ridge and next to the road down to Second Road to Central Festival.
You can walk comfortably in two hours....
