Wolfenbüttel Water Tower

Located at the Wolfenbüttel city park, the water tower stretches out in all its splendour. The Wasserrum has belonged to Lessingstadt since 1889. Next to it is an old brick building - the old engine house

For 135 years, the water tower has been part of the Lessingstadt's cityscape, particularly shaping the landscape around the city moat. The tower has long since ceased to serve as a water reservoir. Rather, it offers great potential as a residential or commercial building.The tall tower includes the so-called pump house, which was built next to the imposing water tower in the 1930s and has already been converted into a residential property. The tower itself, however, has not been converted. Not yet.
