Tips
You can get a pretty good idea of the dimensions of the fort. The Limes passed here and there is also the beautifully restored Limes Gate to discover a little further.
In Roman times, where the lake is now there was a kiln in which the bricks were burned. For fire safety reasons it had to be some distance away from the fort.
