If I have correctly deciphered the inscription on the memorial stone, it reads:
HERE STANDED IN FATHER FOREST THE
OLDEST CHURCH IN A WIDE CIRCLE
    THE PARISH CHURCH ULRICH-SLAG
    1153
THE PENS GERAS STORED AT 1350
    ALREADY DEFEATED TO THE PARISH
AT LEAST OUT OF THE NEARS
    DIRECTION WITH OLD-DIETMANNS MATZLES
    ULRICHSCHLAG AND GÖTZLES ALSO
    THE DISAPPEARED VILLAGES
    ULREICHS-SLAG LATER ULREICHS
    NAMED KALTENBACH SEYFRIDS
    HADMAR'S HIERWEIS AND LANSBACH
    WITH THE CONSENT OF THE
    FOREST OWNER J. BARESCH

Text on the additional plaque by the memorial stone:

      Ulreichs Church

The veneration of Mary in the forest of Dietmanns goes back to the time of the existence of the place "ULREICHS". The church of Ulreichs was consecrated to Our Lady as early as 1153. This church stood outside of Ulreichs, near today's Bründl Chapel, at the place where this memorial stone was erected.
The field name of this area "Frauenstaffel" refers to the veneration of Mary. The church of Ulreichs was already deserted in 1376. She probably fell victim to the turmoil of a war. In any case, it was never rebuilt. The church of Ulreichs (field name UREXN) is said to have been 30 meters long and 15 meters wide. So it was a very remarkable building for the times. In addition to the villages of DIETMARS, MATZLES, ULRICHSCHLAG and GÖTZLES, the Ulreichs parish also included the villages of Ulreichs, Seyfrieds, Hadmars (Harmanns), as well as Kaltenbach, Hierweis and Landsbach. The foundation walls of the Ulreichskirche are said to have been removed from a memorial record on the occasion of the foundation construction of the Bründl Chapel in 1888.

From a historical point of view, it is excellent that there is a memorial stone here. You may still find one or two stones in the nearby Bründl Chapel.
