Aarburg is the intersection of several Swiss National and European Cycling roads. The village in itself is very beautiful and provides several restaurants for loading up with food and drink with the River Aare in the background. Several roads intersect here in the city center and it can be sometimes filled with traffic congestion backed up, lending the a bit of taste of petrol fumes.
