Králický Sněžník, obsoletely also Kladský Sněžník, is the highest peak of the mountain range of the same name, the third highest in the Czech Republic, located on the state border with Poland, with a length of approximately 16 km stretching from the town of Králíky to Kladské sedlo. It is the fourth highest peak of the Crown of Mountains of Poland and the highest point of the Ústí nad Orlicí district and the entire Pardubice region.
A new observation tower has been built on the Polish side of the hill.

The construction of the original observation tower began in 1895 thanks to the initiative of the Kladské mountain association. Work took place only in the summer, so the construction was spread over several years. In July 1899, the observation tower at the top of Sněžník was put into operation.
In 1966, entry to the viewpoint was definitively prohibited, and in 1973, Polish engineers blew up the stone lookout tower under the cover of fog.

The lookout tower on Králický Sněžník, in Polish Wieża widokowa na Śnieżnik, is a Polish lookout tower at the top of the Śnieżnik mountain in the Kralický Sněžník mountain range in the geomorphological region of the Jesenické region near the Czech-Polish state border. It is located on the territory of the gmina Stronie Śląskie in the Kladsko district of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Lower Silesia. Wikipedia
