Pliva Watermills

If you are in the vicinity of Jajce, you should not miss this trip back in time with the water mills. You can eat and drink very well at Plivsko Lake, which also offers a lot of entertainment. 🥾🥾

Veliko and Malo Plivsko jezero offer a lot of sports and recreational opportunities. On the shores of the lakes and around the mentioned mills, there were people who enjoyed fishing, picnicking and playing in the park and canoeing. We also saw a lot of cyclists, hikers and a few swimmers, but we could hardly find a parking space. Despite the hustle and bustle, visiting the mills was a special experience. If your journey happens to take you to the mentioned places or past them, I highly recommend them.

Tip: Visit early in the morning before the tourist buses arrive.
