In 1907, a rowing ferry first operated where the fishermen of Feldberg once had their boat berth. Since 1977, the cable ferry, welded together from old combine harvester parts, has been operating here. As one of the last hand-operated cable ferries in Europe, it is a real rarity.

Great, hand-operated ferry across the narrow Luzin. On the Feldberg side there is also a small café where you can buy a few things to refresh yourself. Right next to the boat rental. The Schmale Luzin (and the other Feldberger lakes) are definitely worth it from the water!
