According to our landlady, if things go really bad, this highlight may soon no longer be there. A speculator has bought the historic inns and deliberately let them fall into disrepair in order to be able to build apartment houses. The municipality of Lofer has no legal remedies against it, especially since the inns are not listed. The State of Salzburg also has no opportunity to intervene.
