The former “Wiesbach” waterworks consists of the company building (brick building) and an auxiliary building (workshop, partly in half-timbered construction). The facility was built at the end of the 19th century (1872) and is a listed building.
The associated property has a size of 4.119m².The company building essentially consists of 2 halls with a small apartment above (approx. 60 square meters). The building structure is in need of renovation.
There is a piston pump in the operations building, which is also listed as a historical monument and must remain in the building. The waterworks is located in the southern outer area of the city of Bad Ems and should be sold in 2018 with a minimum bid of € 40,000!
