The Hohenlandsberg castle ruins are the remnants of the former Hohenlandsberg castle. The castle was built in the 13th century. built. During the Peasants' War in 1525, the castle was taken unscathed by the farmers. In 1554 the castle was destroyed. Today you can enter the castle complex through a tunnel and view the ramparts, foundation walls and the entrances to the casemates.

The Hohenlandsberg ruins are not well preserved, but still offer a special charm and a fascinating experience. The remains of the castle give an impression of times gone by, even if only parts of the walls and towers are still visible. The path to the ruins leads through a varied landscape and is a delight especially for hikers.The ruins are an ideal place to calmly understand the history and enjoy the impressive view. Even though the structure is not completely preserved, it has its own mystical charm. For history and nature lovers, it is definitely worth a visit
